Job summary

Daniels Health is hiring a delivery driver in Easton, PA. You will operate a 26 ft box truck, collect medical waste containers, and deliver with a focus on excellent customer service. A Class B license, clean driving record, and valid DOT medical card are required, with at least 3 years of experience.

You must pass the DOT Clearinghouse and perform pre/post-trip inspections. This is a full-time role with a scheduled shift (5AM to 3PM, M-F).

Qualifications

• Class B license with clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating a 26 ft box truck.
• Passing DOT Clearinghouse (7 year DAC review).
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• DOT compliance, logging hours and roadside inspections.

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA.
• Operate a 26 ft box truck safely.
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes clearly.
• Load and unload and organize your truck per schedule needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations and roadside inspections.
• Push/pull a 200 lb cart as needed.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B license and experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Easton, PA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

What will your job involve?

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!

What are we looking for?

• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!
