Job summary

Wisconsin Distributors is hiring a Route Driver Helper to assist with beverage deliveries in the Janesville area. You will work with Route Drivers to load, unload, merchandise, and ensure accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

This is a non-CDL, full-time role with company training and a quick path to CDL attainment. Expect early, steady hours Monday through Friday, with home every night and a monthly phone allowance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $20.00 per hour
• Non-CDL position to start
• Must obtain CDL permit (temps) within two weeks of hire — company training provided
• Additional pay increases after obtaining CDL permit and full CDL

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
• Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 165 pounds of product
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and patience when working with customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile devices and iPads

Salary Description
