Job summary

S&S Tire of Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced driver to join our busy regional tire operation. This full-time role uses a 22–26‑foot box truck with non-CDL requirements and requires recent DOT driving experience.

You will deliver tires to customers, pull and load tires, and assist in the warehouse after daily deliveries. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay, overtime, benefits, and a 90-day increase.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• 23 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Good vehicle safety record (≤3 violations in 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires to customers using a box truck.

S&S Tire of Birmingham, AL, a leading multi‑location regional wholesale tire dealer is seeking an experienced DRIVER. Non‑CDL will be driving a 22–26‑foot box truck. This position requires recent DOT driving experience.

Duties performed

• Delivering tires to customers
• Pulling and loading tires
• Assisting in the warehouse after daily deliveries are completed when necessary

Position Includes

• Starting at $17.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Full‑time, weekly pay, with consistent over time.
• End of Training / 90 day increase
• Monday‑Friday

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and/or move tires with or without mechanical assistance
• Frequent bending, twisting and lifting
• Must be willing, and have the ability to, to operate all warehouse related equipment
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience and 23 years of age
• Good vehicle safety record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
• Valid driver's license - in good standing
• Forklift license is a plus
