Fox Pest Control is seeking a Route Dispatch Team Lead in Logan, UT to lead a hands-on dispatch team and partner with the Branch Operations Manager. This in-office role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and ensuring efficient routes while maintaining high service standards.
The position requires a background in dispatching or routing, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn Pest Routes. Availability for one Saturday per month is noted, with full-time hours 9am–6pm.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work directly alongside the Branch Operations Manager as their right hand, helping drive efficiency, support the team, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a in office position and not remote.

Lead, train, and coach a team of Route Dispatchers
Ensure routes are built for maximum efficiency and productivity
Step in to assist with dispatching when needed or when coverage is short
Support real-time scheduling, routing adjustments, and technician communication
Help troubleshoot challenges and guide the team through fast-paced situations
Maintain high standards of accuracy in scheduling, customer communication, and account management
Assist in developing processes and improving team performance
Lead, train, and coach a team of Route Dispatchers
Ensure routes are built for maximum efficiency and productivity

Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to quickly learn and master routing systems
Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and organization
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to jump in and support the team whenever needed
Availability to work one Saturday per month is required
