Fox Pest Control in Logan, UT is seeking a hands-on Route Dispatch Team Lead to coach and develop a high-performing dispatch team in an in-office role.

You’ll work alongside the Branch Operations Manager, build efficient routes, and support scheduling, with opportunities for growth through an Individualized Leadership Plan.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work directly alongside the Branch Operations Manager as their right hand, helping drive efficiency, support the team, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is an in office position and not remote.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Full-Time (9am - 6pm)
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
• Experience with computer database systems or software
• Ability to quickly learn Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency
• Strong adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced or high-stress situations
• Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve
• Positive, professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Genuine personality with confidence in office and customer service skills
