Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Route Dispatch Team Lead in Logan, UT. This is an in-office, full-time role from 9am to 6pm. You will lead a team of dispatchers, optimize routes for efficiency, and support real-time scheduling and communication with technicians.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience, comfort with computer databases, and a quick learner for Pest Routes and routing methods. Growth opportunities and a strong team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience with computer database systems or software.
• Ability to quickly learn Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Route Dispatch Team Lead:

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Route Dispatchers


• Ensure routes are built for maximum efficiency and productivity


• Step in to assist with dispatching when needed or when coverage is short


• Support real-time scheduling, routing adjustments, and technician communication


• Help troubleshoot challenges and guide the team through fast-paced situations


• Maintain high standards of accuracy in scheduling, customer communication, and account management


• Assist in developing processes and improving team performance

• Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or routing


• Strong Microsoft Office skills


• Ability to quickly learn and master routing systems


• Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable

• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment
