Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to drive established routes to deliver products and/or pick up returned merchandise. The role also fulfills shipping and receiving functions at the Branch.

Education required includes a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license with a suitable MVR, and demonstrate strong customer service, attention to detail, and safety. Forklift and pallet jack operation is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country of application.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR per company standards.
Meet state/province driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.
Demonstrates great customer service and going above and beyond.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Operate safely and maintain a clean work environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and branch operations.
Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
Readiness to drive safely and follow safety standards.
Ability to operate equipment like forklift and pallet jack.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise using a vehicle, safely and courteously.
Create and maintain records as needed.
Dispatch orders, confirm deliveries, and generate manifests and receiving documents.
Sort and move merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas.
Ensure orders are located, picked up, and signed for.
Collect funds from customers and maintain documents.
