Job summary

Worldpac is a leading automotive parts distributor seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to operate a route, deliver products, and pick up returns. The role includes shipping/receiving tasks within the branch and maintaining daily records.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a good MVR, and strong customer service plus attention to detail. Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds and forklift/pallet jack operation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work within the country in which you are applying.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR per company standards.
• Must meet state/province requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Demonstrates great customer service and going above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Operates safely and maintains a clean work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedures.
• Ability to drive safely and legally.
• Capable of operating equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.
• Consistent attendance and basic math proficiency.
• Proficient with using a computer and a handheld RF device.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders or pick up merchandise safely and courteously.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch orders, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for storage or other areas.
• Ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collect funds when needed and maintain documents.
• Other duties may be assigned.
