Job summary

Worldpac Canada Inc is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to operate an established route, delivering products and/or picking up returns while handling shipping and receiving at the branch. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

The position emphasizes safe driving, accurate record-keeping, and strong customer service, with a focus on reliable attendance and willingness to learn all branch operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must meet all state/province driver’s license requirements.
• Excellent customer service and going above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to operate safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Willingness to learn branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders using a vehicle and pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery documents.
• Sort, organize and prepare merchandise from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Ensure orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers when needed and maintain documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
