Worldpac Canada Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to operate an established route to deliver products and/or pick up returned merchandise from customers. This role also handles shipping/receiving within the Branch and supports day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for safe deliveries, record keeping, processing manifests, and ensuring orders are correctly located and signed for. A strong customer-service mindset and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the country of application.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR per company standards.
• Meets state/province driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Demonstrates great customer service and going above and beyond.
• Shows attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Has reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Operates safely and maintains a clean work environment.
• Willing to learn and grow in branch operations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Reads a variety of documents and follows safety standards.
• Able to drive safely and operate equipment.
• Reads and uses basic math.
• Capable with a handheld RF device.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe, courteous manner.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and prepare merchandise from receiving to storage or designated areas.
• Ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers when needed and maintain required documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
