Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Route Specialist in Charlotte to cover teammates' routes during absences and maintain established routes for orders, delivery, and unloading at customer locations.

You will stock and face products on displays and ensure proper rotation in coolers and vaults, while upholding safety and service standards. The role may train new route sales teammates and support the Supervisor; weekend work and a CDL may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV history
• CDL or permit (Class A) or ability to obtain
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT medical requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain route standards and sales
• Order, fill, merchandize and rotate products on shelves and displays
• Assist supervisor in training new route teammates
• Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments with sales and delivery teams
• Assist with projects across the territory and other duties as assigned
