Competenze

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• CDL Class A permit or license preferred.
• DOT physical requirements must be met.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in route delivery or merchandising preferred.

Mansioni

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Follow route discipline: bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle.
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route teammates and support safety and efficiency.
• Handle urgent customer needs with the sales, delivery and management teams.
• Assist supervisor with territory projects and other duties as assigned.
