Job summary

Freshpoint is seeking a delivery driver to run daily routes with frequent stops and load packages onto hand trucks for unloading at each stop. You may assist with loading trucks, palletizing, and other duties as assigned by supervision.

Responsibilities include safe driving, pre/post-trip inspections, and ensuring accurate deliveries with customer signatures. Expect lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing, and weather-exposed conditions as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• One year of route delivery experience or equivalent.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for public interactions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer and place in customer storage areas, using hand cart as needed.
• Lift, push, or move weights up to 75 pounds; stack pallets and use a hand cart.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures; report discrepancies.
• Handle short orders and customer complaints professionally.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures; conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
