Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Driver Merchandiser OnPremise in Cleveland, TN. You will deliver products to customers on a defined route, stock displays and coolers, and maintain promotions while upholding safety standards.

The role requires physical endurance and customer-facing professionalism on a fast-paced schedule. Eligible candidates should be able to obtain a CDL permit, pass aDOT physical, and work some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must obtain CDL permit and pass DOT physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience with route delivery and merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on assigned route.
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and in coolers.
• Maintain Coca-Cola stock and set up promotions.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and a safe work environment.
• Build relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
