Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to deliver happiness to customers on a defined route. You will ensure shelves and coolers are stocked and products rotated properly, acting as an ambassador for the world’s most recognized brand.

The role requires loading/unloading, safe driving, and accurate invoicing with a focus on safety and compliance across daily routes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required.
• Valid Class C license required.
• A driving record within MVR policy guidelines required.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
• Preferable familiar with DOT regulations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers as assigned.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves and in coolers.
• Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
• Merchandise display and rotate products per company standards.
• Invoice and collect monies due.
• Pick up company property and secure assets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality procedures.
• Settle all accounts daily.
• Follow safety policies and training.
• Participate in Hazard Mitigation activities.
