Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to deliver happiness to our customers on a specific route, ensure shelves and coolers are stocked, and rotate products per standards. You will be an ambassador for the world’s most recognized brand, engaging with customers and consumers daily.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of general work, a valid Class C license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
1-3 years of general work experience required.
Valid Class C license required.
A driving record within MVR policy guidelines required.
Local delivery experience preferred.
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly.
Familiar with DOT regulations preferred.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Responsibilities

Responsible for delivery of assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product.
Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
Deliver products to customers.
Merchandise display and rotate products according to company standards.
Invoice and collect monies due.
Pick up company property and secure company assets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Settle all accounts daily.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
