About the role

• Full-Time: 3-day or 4-day week, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday OR Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Start time: 11:00pm OR 2:00am
• Pay: $24-$27/hr (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Deliver flowers and plants safely, timely, and economically, providing excellent customer service.
• Complete tasks based on written standard work and meet cycle times.
• Ensure product is delivered in the condition it was when it left the facility.
• Follow delivery instructions, place products as requested, and handle returns.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Make pickups for internal customers.
• Suggest process improvements for productivity, safety, and quality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; up to 25 lift-gate deliveries per shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of driving experience required.
