Division: U.S. AutoForce
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The position's schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, or until all deliveries are completed. Schedules may change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles during routes, making 10-20 deliveries per day.
- Complete and maintain accurate records, including driver's logs and fuel purchase logs, as required by company policy and law.
- Make timely deliveries at customer locations safely in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for tires.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and operate equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks when needed.
- Work approximately 8-12 hours/day.
- Operate a provided handheld device to ensure delivery fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Collect payments upon delivery.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert pushing force up to 40 pounds, and work in various weather conditions with moderate noise levels. Protective gear is provided, and safety guidelines must be followed.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience with a valid license and clean record
- Ability to safely operate industrial trucks
- Ability to lift and push heavy loads
- Ability to follow instructions and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card
