Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Route Service Delivery Driver based in Portland, OR. The role requires operating a commercial vehicle, delivering to residential, commercial, and retail customers, and upselling products to drive growth.

The position offers competitive compensation with or without CDL, solid benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturdays. Start time ranges from 6 am to 7 am, with workload-dependent hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs each.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and complete required DOT documentation daily.
• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and meet monthly targets.
• Deliver to customers at scheduled locations within specified timeframes.
• Maintain accurate delivery information on all accounts and receipts.
• Support team with decisions and assist others when needed.
