Primo Brands is hiring a Route Service Delivery Driver in Arlington Heights, IL. The role requires safe CMV operation, premium customer service, and upselling to drive growth.

You will manage delivery information, support a dynamic team, and ensure timely product placement at customer locations. The position emphasizes safety, adherence to DOT guidelines, and delivering the company’s water and beverage portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
• Customer service-focused with strong English communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. and handle up to 250+ units per day.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers.
• Upsell and drive growth through upselling opportunities.
• Manage account information and coordinate delivery with customers.
• Safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and follow safety policies.
• Deliver correct products to locations on schedule and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Collaborate with team to find efficiencies and support leadership.

Reporting Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Compensation:

$25.00 per / hour training rate

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time:

Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to secure and/ormaintaina CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement(for applicable CDL positions)
• Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL where available
• Service-orientedwith strong face-to-face sales skills
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and indifferent typesof weather
• Ability to effectively interact withcustomers in a variety of settings
• Ability to lift and carry an average of250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools asappropriate, with or without a reasonableaccommodation
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average40-55times per day
• Ability to work an average45-hourweek or more, including variable start/end times
• Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonableaccommodation
• Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working forPrimoBrands
• Must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
