Position: Route Delivery Driver

The primary role of this position is to safely and promptly deliver Winebow's products to customers.

Essential Functions

• Operate company-owned and leased trucks for shipping and receiving.
• Deliver and pick up Winebow's products.
• Perform pre-, during-, and post-operation maintenance and complete reports.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Report discrepancies to the dispatcher.
• Operate all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs.
• Keep all entrusted property in excellent condition.
• Arrive on time for work, meetings, and other functions.
• Meet goals and objectives effectively and timely.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and suggest improvements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Equipment/Machinery Used

Manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack (certified), hand truck.

Working Conditions

Prolonged sitting and driving, working in severe weather conditions (heat and cold), constant travel by vehicle.

Physical Requirements

Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License (CDL-B required in NJ/NY/IL).
• At least one year of truck driving experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
