Job summary

Hall's Culligan of Cleveland, Ohio seeks a motivated Route Delivery Driver to serve residential and business customers, building lasting relationships and delivering personalized service. You will drive a heavy truck on a fixed route, ensuring timely deliveries and professional brand representation.

The role offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with potential for growth, benefits, PTO, and company-matched 401(k) after introductory period.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.

• Ability to safely operate a truck up to 26,001 lbs for 8–10 hours daily.
• Must lift up to 90 lbs on a repetitive basis.
• 2–5 years of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class service on the established route and build customer loyalty.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Check the truck daily to ensure proper loading and readiness.
• Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled with no skipped stops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Route Sales Representative/Route Driver to join the growing team at Culligan Water, a trusted leader in water solutions dedicated to delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty with the customers on established route.
• Represent the Company and its brands professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times.
• Check truck each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly and with adequate product to complete the scheduled route.
• Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled, being sure to complete the route every day without skipping customer stops.
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required to be successful
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to successfully pass, and maintain, a driving record check to be insurable by the Company in order to operate a company vehicle
• Must be able to safely operate/drive a truck up to 26,001 lbs on a daily basis for approximately 8-10 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis
• Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties required of this position
• 2-5 years of previous sales experience preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment
• Demonstrated competency in Windows, and other software platforms
• Outstanding “team” attitude
