Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid motor Vehicle Operator’s License from NE or IA, or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a good driving record with no violations in past 12 months or chargeable accidents in 2 years.
• Must not have a DWI/DUI conviction within last 5 years.
• Must own a car and have state-required auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routes at the caterer location for meals distribution.
• Deliver noon meals to homebound elderly in southwest Omaha.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA.
• Read city maps and identify client addresses.
• Oversee meal distribution by route and ensure counts match diet codes.
• Complete time sheets and mileage forms promptly.
• Notify central office of delivery difficulties.
• Collaborate with ENOA staff, caterer staff, clients and the public.
