Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Medical Waste Route Driver in Haverhill, MA. The role focuses on servicing assigned accounts, ensuring safe and compliant waste pickup, and transporting waste to transfer or processing locations. Vehicles are equipped with ELD and GPS for regulatory compliance.

The position offers early start hours (Mon-Fri 4am-6am), a $250 boot allowance, and comprehensive benefits as part of a stable, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience, preferably in driving Box Trucks and route management.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• All CMV drivers must be able to obtain a medical card by a certified medical examiner.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned routes ensuring customers’ waste is picked up in a safe, timely and accurate manner.
• Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, provincial, and local rules and regulations.
• Plans daily schedule based on customers’ needs using route sheets and manifests.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip maintenance on assigned truck and logs hours using ELD/Geotab.
