Job summary

Design Solutions & Integration, Inc. is seeking a reliable Oil and Gas Roustabout to support rig and facility operations. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and physical stamina, with a focus on hands-on maintenance and material handling.

You will load/unload equipment, operate pumps, compressors, and generators, and assist with assembly or disassembly while following supervisors' instructions. Schedule runs 50–60 hours per week, non-rotational.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on well sites and production facilities.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, and generators.
• Support other divisions of DSI on joint projects.
• Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
• Monitor and report any issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
