Job summary

Design Solutions & Integration, Inc is seeking a reliable Oil and Gas Roustabout to join our North Dakota team. This on-site role supports rigs and facilities with manual labor, equipment handling, and safety compliance.

You will load/unload materials, operate pumps and generators, perform basic maintenance, and assist across divisions. A high school diploma is required; valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain safety certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Oil and gas experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on well sites and production facilities.
• Operate and maintain pumps, compressors, and generators.
• Support other divisions on joint projects.
• Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Help with assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
• Monitor and report issues or hazards to appropriate personnel.
