Job summary

National Oilfield Services LLC is seeking a Roustabout to support day-to-day oil and gas field operations in East Texas. You will perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and equipment installation on wells, tanks, and pumping units.

Role requires experience around producing wells and saltwater handling, with a focus on safety and reliability in outdoor field conditions. CDL is preferred; pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roustabout or related oilfield experience preferred.
• Experience working around producing oil and gas wells and pumping units.
• Experience performing well tests and documenting or reporting test results.
• Experience safely operating a skid steer is required.
• Experience repairing or rebuilding saltwater pumps preferred.
• Knowledge of tank installation, pumping units, rods, pipe, and general lease equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot field equipment.
• Proficient with hand, power, pneumatic, and electrical tools.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, climb, bend, and perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to work in varying weather and field conditions.
• Strong understanding of oilfield safety practices.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Heavy equipment experience and additional oilfield certifications are a plus.
• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, and maintain saltwater pumps and related equipment.
• Perform well tests and assist with monitoring well production and equipment performance.
• Safely operate a skid steer for lease maintenance, cleanup, material handling, and equipment installation.
• Install, repair, and maintain tanks and related equipment.
• Install motors and other equipment used in oilfield operations.
• Set well equipment at well locations, including cement pads and pumping units.
• Tie down pumping units and install counterweights for proper balancing.
• Haul and handle pipe, rods, equipment, and materials.
• Perform lease and well-location cleanup and maintenance.
• Perform general yard, grounds, and building maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing field equipment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and electrical tools.
• Perform routine safety observations and equipment inspections.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Assist with other oilfield maintenance and operational duties as assigned.

Roustabout Job Summary
