Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Roundsling Operator in Simpsonville. The role involves manually feeding a fabric sleeve onto the machine, prepping material, taping the end, and cutting to length with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Roundsling Operator in Simpsonville. Our client Manufactures High Quality Lifting Slings. The Roundsling Operator is responsible for manually feeding a fabric sleeve onto the machine prepping it to have material looped into the sleeve. Once complete, the operator tapes the end of the material and cuts it to appropriate length. Must pay close attention to detail and safety.

Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday; 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures including the wearing of all required personal protective equipment
• Effectively and safely operate and maintain the assigned cutting tools and all related equipment to ensure all daily orders are met
• Read and follow standard production orders
• Follow all standard work processes
• Verify proper components before beginning a job
• Monitor product and process to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly
• Maintain reliable attendance including overtime if needed
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Follow established procedures, policies and practices to produce safe quality products that meet industry and company standards
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of company systems and processes
• Must be able to read a tape measure along with basic math skills
• Effective written communication skills, including legibility
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Must be self‑motivated

Required Experience and Education
