Job summary

Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatrist/PM&R (Pain Management preferred) to join our growing Tennessee team on a part-time 1099 basis with potential for full-time work in the future. You will deliver patient care in short-term rehab within SNFs, oversee two mid-level providers, and coordinate with administration.

Visits occur once or twice per year; no weekends or calls.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible and licensure in Tennessee.
• Physiatrist/PM&R or Pain Management specialization preferred.
• Once or twice a year visit to SNFs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as a healthcare provider in short-term rehab settings within Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Oversee two mid-level providers and coordinate patient care.
• Perform occasional site visits and collaborate with administration.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Function as a healthcare provider for patients in a short-term rehab setting within Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and qualify for medical licensure in the State of Tennessee.
• Board Certified Physiatrist/PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehab) or Pain Management (preferred)
• Once or twice a year visit

Pay:

• Base Salary of $1,000 to oversee 2 mid-level providers
• Additional $250 for each additional mid-level they are overseeing
• Site visits to be compensated at $500 per visit
