Job Description

Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team! Opened in January 2023, Round Lake is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills, near Highway 694 and Bethel University. We support seniors to Age Magnificently in our 120-unit apartment-style community, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join us and make a difference in seniors' lives!

Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-Time Days (Tuesday-Friday and every other weekend, 9 am - 5 pm)
  • Wage: $17.50 - $22.50, based on experience
Qualifications & Responsibilities

Are you compassionate and passionate about enriching others' lives? If yes, we want you! As a Community Life Assistant, you will support the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing community life and wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests. Your duties include facilitating group programs, promoting wellness, and building positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care (preferred)
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff
  • Advanced computer skills, including email
