Job summary

TEEMA in Gilbert, AZ seeks a skilled crane operator to safely operate a Grove 65-ton rough terrain crane per manufacturer specs and industry standards. You will manipulate crane controls to regulate speed, direction, boom and hoist movement and perform lifts with a signal person.

Duties include pre-operational checks, load calculations, maintenance, setup with outriggers, swing clearance, and keeping accurate records while following PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years crane operation experience, including rough terrain with swing cab.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to operate other heavy equipment as needed.
• NCCER or NCCO certification and HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate Grove 65-ton rough terrain crane per specs and standards.
• Manipulate controls to regulate speed, direction, boom and hoist movement.
• Execute lifts with coordination from a signal person or ground crew.
• Perform pre-operational checks, maintenance, and load calculations.
• Maintain records and report defects or malfunctions as required.
• Ensure PPE and safety protocols are followed; manage site conditions and swing clearance.
