Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAR 65.103 repairman certificate or A&P license required.
• Five+ years experience with helicopter components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and inspect helicopter components and assemblies (rotor hubs, shafts, gearboxes, dampers).
• Ensure components meet dimensional specifications and quality standards.
• Select parts and measure, smooth, and fit to exact tolerances.
• Drill, shape, align, and assemble components using tools and fixtures.
• Assemble and test rotor/spindles, gearboxes, and related components.
• Record test results and maintain documentation.
