Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings in Modesto, CA is seeking a HAA Pilot for a full-time role with Global Medical Response family. You will transport customers safely, ensure aircraft readiness, and maintain regulatory documentation across REACH operations.

Applicants must hold FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, Class II Medical, and significant flight hours including 1,000+ Helicopter PIC and 500 Turbine hours.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours; 1,500 Helicopter Hours; 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours; 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Hours Night Unaided, or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided.
• 75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from locations and facilities with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and FAR/REACH requirements; maintain aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team per recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
