Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) pilot for a full-time role in the U.S. This position offers a total potential compensation package including a base range and a substantial bonus potential.

The role requires FAA rotorcraft commercial certification, rotorcraft instrument rating, and a current Class II medical certificate, with hundreds to thousands of flight hours, including night time in helicopters. On-duty housing and geo modifiers may apply.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).
• 230 lb Weight Limit (including flight gear).

Responsibilities

• Operate safely as part of a medical transport team.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FAA requirements.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam records and logs.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the team following protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilott o provide medical air transportation services to Air Evac Lifeteam’s customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
