Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Pilot for a full-time role in Missouri. You will join a mission-driven team delivering critical air medical transport, maintaining aircraft readiness, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance while coordinating with dispatch and field crews.

The position requires a rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate, a Class II Medical, and substantial helicopter flight hours, including PIC and night experience.

Qualifications

• 2,000 total flight hours required.
• 1,500 helicopter hours required.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours required.
• 500 turbine helicopter hours required.
• 100 helicopter night flight hours required (aided or unaided).
• 230 lb weight limit (including flight gear).

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with a team of medical experts by helicopter.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and team following protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements
