Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam in London, KY is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to maintain and service our rotor-wing aircraft. The AMT will ensure airworthiness, perform inspections and repairs, and support flight operations with accurate documentation.

The role requires a valid A&P license, FAA knowledge, and at least two years of turbine helicopter experience. A flexible schedule and on-call rotations are required, with routine lifting and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Two years turbine powered helicopter experience.
• Valid A&P license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screenings, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks and update equipment tracking logs; place replacement requests and document expenditures.
• Document service paperwork and FAA information per policies while complying with security standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate with departments, vendors and team members.
