We are seeking Rotomold Operators to join our team and help drive our continued success. This role plays an important part in supporting our customers, strengthening our business, and contributing to the long‑term growth of Douglas Dynamics.
Rotomold Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring rotational molding equipment to produce plastic parts for snowplow and ice control products. This role includes preparing molds, handling materials, performing quality checks, and completing routine maintenance. The operator ensures products meet safety, quality, and production standards while troubleshooting equipment as needed. In addition, the role supports team activities, training, and company guidelines, and may require overtime and/or alternate shift coverage in collaboration with other departments.
