Job summary

Royal Basket Trucks is seeking reliable, flexible individuals for Rotomold Machine Operator roles on the second shift (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM). You will set up and operate rotomolding equipment, measure and dispense materials, and ensure products meet customer expectations in a fast-paced, made-to-order environment.

Qualifications

• Rotomolding experience is helpful but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience considered in lieu of education.
• Solid work history is an absolute must.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; interface with scheduling and reporting systems.
• Must be focused, self-motivated and a problem-solver.
• Must participate in Lean, 5S and QMS initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate Rotational Molding equipment.
• Accurately measure and dispense raw material; finish tubs after molding.
• Operate Jib Crane and various pneumatic and hand tools.
• Perform minor maintenance on Rotational Molding equipment and ensure proper function.
• Meet productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Use systems to report productivity and performance.
• Suggest improvements to production methods and equipment performance.
• Adapt to changing customer demands and assist as needed.
