PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate to produce high-quality plastic parts, supporting molding and secondary operations. You will read schematics, follow safety rules, and operate equipment such as hoists and grinders.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing 1 year experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have solid work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilités

• Produce quality plastic parts by performing molding and secondary operations.
• Identify, process and complete tasks to meet daily production goals.
• Manage and protect inventory by handling equipment and ensuring safe storage and transport.
• Use equipment such as hoist, die grinders, drills, routers, forklift as required.
• Report daily production accurately to supervisors.
• Read and understand the work schedule board and blueprints to meet daily targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Description du poste

• Manufacturing 1 year experience (preferred)
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with solid work experience.
• Must be able to visually distinguish different colors
• Promotes the Company’s mission and values-based culture through producing a quality plastic part
• Productivity: Must be able to accurately identify, process and complete both molding and secondary operations required to make a quality plastic part.
• Manages: Process, identification, package and storing equipment for inventory in a manner that prevents any damage during transport
• Use of the necessary equipment, which includes hoist, die grinders, drills, routers, forklift, etc.
• Reporting: Must accurately report daily production
• Stamina: Employee can expect long hours on their feet, often in hot conditions. They must be willing and able to work ANY shift, which may include weekends and overtime.
• Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items
• Attention to Detail: Paying attention to the job at hand is necessary
• Quality: This position will have a major emphasis on quality
• Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees
• Must be able to read and understand the work schedule board, blueprints and capable of meeting daily goals for production
• Other duties may be assigned by Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and Lead.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability

Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be to have basic computer skills.
