Job summary

Bartlett Maritime Corporation in Cleveland, OH seeks a Project Specialist to support the Rotational Workforce Program. You will manage administration, data analysis, and workflow improvements across multiple shipyard sites, coordinating with HR and leadership.

Responsibilities include documentation, reporting, timekeeping, dashboards with Power BI and Power Query, and developing standard procedures. Occasional travel to shipyards may be required, with a fast-paced environment and growth

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–5 years of experience in project administration, data analysis, or operational support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Experience using Power Query, PowerBI, pivot tables, or similar data analysis/visualization tools preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to perform both routine administrative tasks and higher-level analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations, including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and data entry.
• Assist with workforce timekeeping, labor tracking, and reconciling client remits across multiple project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of personnel assignments, certifications, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with HR to support onboarding, personnel management and recordkeeping.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Program Director.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reports using Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, and Access.
• Support the development and standardization of workflows, forms, and procedures to improve program efficiency.
• Provide input on process automation and digital solutions for recurring administrative tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefings for management, customers, and partners.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple organizational levels and disciplines.
• Participate in the creation, review, and refinement of operating procedures and program documentation.
• Contribute to lessons-learned sessions and support corrective action implementation.
• Proactively identify areas where program operations can be made more efficient or data-driven.
