Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Vanguard, is seeking candidates for its Technology Leadership Program in the Data Scientist track. You'll apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI to solve real business problems and deliver value at scale across Vanguard.

Through three rotations and hands-on projects, you will build analytic depth while developing leadership capabilities, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s, MBA, or relevant advanced degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong interest in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Experience with Python or SQL; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply ML models and advanced statistical techniques to business problems.
• Work with data, engineering, and business partners to deliver analytical solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business decisions and communicate insights.
