Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master's in CS or IS with graduation June 2027
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills from coursework or internship
• Experience learning programming languages and tools: Java, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, Github

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 3 technology teams aligned to Data Science or Analytics
• 9 months on each team
• 27 months total - Completing October 2029
• Located in Chicago, IL
• Program mentors available and learning sessions provided
• Contribute to real financial solutions as part of engineering teams
