Job summary

AAFCPAs offers a rotational training program within its Managed Accounting Solutions Practice. You will rotate across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reconciliation, Compliance and Financial Reporting, working with the Accounting Manager to set measurable goals and track progress.

This program provides hands-on exposure to client accounting systems and practice tools, with emphasis on accurate processing and timely reporting across multiple clients and engagements.

Qualifications

• Rotation program across core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliation and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: code invoices to GL accounts, process vendor invoices, code card transactions, input data, reconcile AP ledgers and address discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: post customer payments, prepare client invoices, record revenues, monitor open receivables.
• Payroll: reconcile payroll, process client payrolls, manage deductions and year-end reporting.
• Financial Reporting: prepare monthly financial statements and reports for clients and boards.
