Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions invites graduates to join the Risk Solutions Technology Graduate Program, a 12-month, two-rotation entry point designed to build core software engineering skills with big data, AI, SRE, DevOps, and security engineering exposure.

As a participant you will work on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, receive mentorship and formal training, and contribute to products serving insurance, healthcare, and government markets while developing both technical and professional

Qualifications

• Graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field completed or to be completed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Linux and .Net.
• Familiar with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of data manipulation languages and data modeling principles.
• Willingness to learn new processes and technologies, and test-driven development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for developing system components of simple complexity.
• Implementing development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews under senior engineers.
• Operating in various development environments and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Completing simple bug fixes and applying knowledge of test-driven development.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements for software development projects with stakeholders.
• Resolving basic technical issues and staying updated on new technology developments.
• Demonstrating understanding of software development methodologies and data manipulation languages.
• Understanding data modeling principles and applicable development languages.
