Participants will learn about products, services, and sales processes while engaging in prospecting, CRM usage, and post‑sale support. Graduates transition into sales roles across various locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Desire to work in a sales-focused role and learn products, services, and processes.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of driving results.
• Aptitude for assisting customers and addressing needs; willing to adapt to change.
• Preferred prior sales or internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with project planning and timeline outlining.
• Prospect new leads and handle customer inquiries.
• Assist in developing sales proposals, contracts, and closing documentation.
• Coordinate tasks and track progress of sales projects to ensure timely deliverables.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and provide product information.
• Collect customer feedback to identify improvements and enhance experience.
• Take initiative to learn new sales techniques, tools, and technologies.
