Eligible candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or have 1–3 years of experience. Portland, Oregon is one of several nationwide locations, and graduates move into sales roles based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of experience accepted in lieu, showing readiness for sales track.
• Demonstrates a strong desire to be in a sales-focused role and to learn Ferguson's products and processes.
• Innately self-motivated with a track record of driving results and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales team by outlining project tasks and timelines, prospecting for new leads, and handling customer inquiries.
• Assist in developing sales proposals, contracts, and other closing documents.
• Support sales projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Interact with customers to understand needs, address inquiries, and provide product/service information.
• Capture customer feedback to identify improvements and enhance the overall experience.
• Take initiative to learn new sales techniques, tools, and technologies for success.
