Job summary

E6 is seeking entry-level professionals for a full-time Sales & Management Training Program designed to develop future leaders in electrical distribution, automation solutions, and engineering consulting.

Participants will rotate through Operations Management, Sales & Business Development, Project Management, Logistics & Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations to gain a holistic view of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Entry-level or recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Bonus: prior experience in sales, operations or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Operations Management, Sales & Business Development, Project Management, Logistics, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations.
• Receive dedicated mentorship from experienced industry leaders.
• Travel nationwide to attend training sessions, product seminars, and client sites.
• Engage in learning on industrial automation, robotics, AI, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Develop leadership skills to lead diverse teams and drive results.
