Job summary
LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago is seeking two Summer 2027 Rotational Interns to join our Chicago office. You will support Asset Management, Research & Strategy, and Transactions across multiple property types.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Economics, or Real Estate, with strong analytical and communication skills and a genuine interest in real estate and investment management.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's program with strong academics.
- Demonstrated interest in real estate and investment management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and research abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses, including Argus valuation models and Excel-based underwriting pro-formas, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses.
- Review and analyze potential leases and their financial impact on an investment.
- Shadow analysts in budgeting and quarterly re-forecasts.
- Provide analytical support to fund operations and asset management.
- Analyze macroeconomic and real estate market data.
- Prepare investment memoranda for Investment Committee.
- Support client reporting and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate on the 2027 capstone project.
