Over 12 months, you will rotate through two six-month assignments, evaluating market data, preparing financial analyses, and supporting senior leaders on key transactions.

After completing the rotations, the program aims to place you in either Investment Sales or Mortgage Banking based on performance and office needs.

Qualifications

• Rotational Analyst Program across two critical platforms: Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking.
• Structured onboarding and mentoring from program managers, rotation managers, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Sales Advisors with client and property financial analysis and market data extraction.
• Assist in preparation of investment memorandums and valuations for senior executives.
• Support Mortgage Banking by reviewing loan opportunities and drafting quotes and loan apps.
