The program emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on project experience. Start dates are October 5th or October 12th, with intensive training and performance feedback throughout.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rotation assignments across 20+ departments including Marketing, Finance, Operations.
• Lead and contribute to departmental projects with measurable outcomes.
• Participate in performance feedback sessions to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes.
• Engage in training sessions and mentor relationships to grow skills.
• Build relationships with mentors, leaders, and peers for guidance.
• Prepare and present findings and reports to department heads.
• Support engagement activities for large company events.
